Use this durable, positionable vinyl film to create commercial vehicle or fleet markings (including rail cars), emblems, striping, labels and general signage – both indoors and out. Film 180-10 has been approved for use with the Scitex® Pressjet-W Digital Press.

Film180-10 is especially well suited for large graphics because it features 3M’s patented pressure-activated adhesive, making it easier to reposition graphics until firm pressure is applied during installation. The film’s exceptional durability characteristics make it ideal for long-term graphic applications.

When used with compatible products, produced by one of 3M’s Scotchprint® Graphics Authorized Manufacturers and applied according to written instructions, this film can be used to produce a Scotchprint® Graphic.

• Film 180-10 has a high-gloss finish.
• It withstands severe weather conditions, making it ideal for many commercial and industrial applications.
• Additionally, this film will aggressively adhere to most high-gloss paint surfaces.

Film 180-10:

• is a 2 mil (0.05 mm) white opaque vinyl film; 3 to 4 mil (0.08 to 0.10 mm) with the adhesive
• features a gray pressure-activated adhesive for increased hiding power
• has a 94# polyethylene-coated, paper liner

Film 180-10 can be used on flat or corrugated surfaces, with and without rivets; simple curves and moderate, compound curves. Appropriate substrates include ABS resins, aluminum, chrome, glass, fiberglass-reinforced plastic and paint.

It has an application temperature range from 40º to 100ºF. (4º to 38ºC) on flat surfaces and 50° to 100°F (10° to 38°C) on corrugated surfaces.

Film 180-10 is available in standard 24", 36", 48", 60" wide x 50/100-yard long rolls.

Unprocessed film has a shelf life of two years; processed film has a shelf life of one year. It should be stored in a clean, dry area, out of direct sunlight and at a temperature less than 100ºF (38ºC).
